Replace and Install a New Teco Split System Air Conditioner
The Project
The client’s existing air conditioner had become inefficient and was requiring constant servicing and maintenance.
The existing air conditioner was mounted on the wall in the kitchen and living area with the outdoor unit located directly behind the wall. The client wanted an intelligent air conditioner that would cover the entire living and kitchen area and require minimum effort on the users part.

The Solution
Decommission and remove the existing split system. Supply and install a Teco TWS71 HVHT Split System air conditioner.
This Teco split system is a 7.1kW reverse cycle inverter air conditioner. It includes built-in wifi control together with a high-density filter, self-cleaning function, auto sleep and many other functions.
Split system air conditioners are efficient. The outdoor unit absorbs the heat whilst the indoor unit converts the air to your desired temperature.
Removing the existing air conditioner
The access area to remove the air conditioner was an easy task as the area was open and there was a lot of space. We safely removed and disposed of the air conditioner to the recycle centre.
