Supply and Install a Split System Air Conditioner
The Project
The client had been running a Mitsubishi air conditioner for over 17 years. With all the advances in AC technology, they decided it was time to upgrade their air conditioner to a more efficient system that was complete with air purification and quieter.
We visited the client’s location after they contacted us with the view to replacing their aircon. Upon our inspection, we determined that a 6.0kW Panasonic RZ Series split system air conditioner would be perfect for the area of the home they wanted to heat and cool.
A 6.0kW air conditioner will heat or cool a large open-plan living area efficiently.

Decommissioning the split system air conditioner
Their existing indoor split system a/c unit was attached to the living room wall. The outdoor unit was positioned outside along the side wall of the home. Once both units were removed we took out all the electrical cabling. Decommissioning an air conditioner does not mean we take it to the tip. We return it to our workshop and strip it down for spare parts in case we have a client or potential customer who needs their air conditioner repaired and we have that part.
