Supply and Install a New TECO Split System Air Conditioner
The Wickham Project: The residential client’s air conditioner had begun to have multiple issues over the past 6 months due to its 20 year old age. Instead of getting the a/c repaired, the client wanted to replace the air conditioner with a new split system air conditioning unit.

The Solution
We visited the home and the client said they wanted an air conditioning system which would heat and cool the upstairs living and dining area. The indoor a/c unit was going to go in place of the existing unit in the top right corner of the living room. We chose a TECO TWS35H3DVJT model that would suit the clients needs.
Removing the old air conditioner and then Installing the new air conditioner
The inside and outdoor units were to be decommissioned and all electricity had to be turned off. Next, we took both the interior and outdoor units out of their positions. Then, we took out all of the wiring and wires. We will disassemble both units later and store their components back at the factory to be used as spare parts.
We relocated the indoor unit and placed the new one in its place, and the outdoor unit went where the old one had been.
Electrical Fitting Wickham
We routed all of the cabling from the units to the power board before we positioned the units. These electrical cables are kept safe by coverings. To complete all electrical wiring operations, including connecting to the power board, we use our licenced electricians. Our electrician verified there were no issues with the connections before turning on the air conditioner.
