Supply and Install New Daikin Split System Air Conditioner
The Raymond Terrace Project
This is a residential home that is rented through a local real estate agency. The agency contacted us to decommission the existing air conditioner and replace it with a new system.

The Solution
After our inspection of the premises, we also agreed with the client that the current air conditioning system would need to be replaced. It was breaking down too often and the cheaper option would be to replace it.
The current outdoor unit had been barricaded by a wire cage that was fixed firmly into the ground. This meant that the grass and weeds were hard to remove and were growing all around the unit. This would have been causing issues as well.
Removal of the old air conditioner and installing the new unit
The first task was to dig out the metal cage that had been surrounding the outdoor unit. Once this was done we disconnected all the cabling that ran to the powerboard and also into the indoor unit.
We then removed the indoor unit that was hung high on the wall. We would take both the indoor and outdoor units back to the workshop, break them down and save them as parts in case someone was in need of GalaxyAir aircon parts.
Electrical Fitting Raymond Terrace
We employ certified electricians. So before any electrical wires are attached the electrician will make sure that the unit is power tested before anything is switched on. This includes making sure the cable covers are in tact and have no holes and that the powerboard is up to standards.
