Supply and Install Split System Air Conditioner

The Project: Decommission the existing air conditioner and supply and install a new Fujitsu split system air conditioner

We received a call from a resident that their current air conditioner was breaking down and not cooling or heating the room. They wanted to replace the existing air conditioner with a new split system.

The Solution

The client informed us that the air conditioner was to heat or cool the upstairs office room. After we inspected the home and the office space we determined that the best solution for a single room was the Fujitsu ASTH24KNTA split system that we supplied. This unit provides 7.1kW of power for cooling and 8.0kW of power for heating.

Installing the new air conditioner

First, we had to decommission and remove the current air conditioner that was hung high on the wall and replace it with the new Fujitsu air conditioner. We installed the new air conditioner in the same space as the previous aircon and ran all the wiring through the existing cable protector that is affixed to the outside wall. Once this task was complete we removed the outdoor unit and replaced it with the new unit.

Once all the indoor and outdoor air conditioning units were set in place and all the wiring was connected all we had to was connect the wires to the power board. We employ certified electricians to handle these types of jobs. The electrician connected all the wires then ran a test to insure everything was working correctly.
