Service and Repair Carrier Split System Air Conditioner
The Bar Beach Project: The resident of this unit contacted us to report a water leak from their split system Carrier air conditioner. They requested us to service and repair the aircon.

The Solution
An inspection time was arranged to look at the water leakage issue in their air conditioner. Upon inspection, we noticed the compressor on the a/c outdoor unit was idling too high.
Repairing the air conditioner
We gained access to the roof where the air conditioner’s outdoor aircon unit was located and ran a series of tests to calibrate the water flow pressure. Once we isolated the problem we set the right pressure and tested the unit. The pressure adjustments fixed the problem of the water leaking.
Servicing the air conditioner
Once we solved the water leakage issue, we ran a complete service of the indoor and outdoor aircon units. We had to repair the drain connection in the wardrobe. We then tested the compressor and fan motor which were all ok. We cleaned all the coils and filters.
