Service and Repair Air Conditioner Tray
The Newcastle East Project: The real estate agency that rents this property contacted our office informing us that the tray that the air conditioner was sitting on was leaking. This was causing blockages in the drainage system and rust was spreading to the aircon unit.

The Solution
Upon our inspection, it was noticeable that the tray that housed the air conditioner was severely rusting. This led to a small leak that was dripping into the cabinets. The tray had to be replaced immediately. This was not an air conditioning unit Valley Air installed.
Making the Air Conditioner Tray
We took all the measurements and manufactured a rustproof metal tray that measured 825mm x 525mm. Once the new tray was in place we added a filter media.
Replacing the R/A Filter
This was an old air conditioning unit and the R/A filter at the back of the unit was broken in the corners. We replaced the R/A filter with a new filter in the grille.
